• 14 years as an Orange County Police Officer – Patrol Officer, Community Liaison, Training Officer, Watch Commander and Detective.
• 18 years as an investigator for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office – Major Fraud, Homicide Units, Gang and Felony Cases.
• 13 years in private practice as a Private Investigator focusing on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Cases and helping to exonerate innocent defendants.

Richard Muñoz- License No.15975

• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• 22 ½ years as a Los Angeles Police Officer- Patrol Officer, Jail Duty, Vice Division, Narcotics Unit, Training Officer, Special Task Force and Detective.
• 16 years as a Private Investigator focusing on criminal defense, personal injury cases and civil rights violations.
• Qualified as an Expert Investigator in L.A. County Superior Civil Court Case in 2005 re: Javier Ovando v. County of Los Angeles.  This was the main plaintiff in the LAPD Rampart Cases.
